OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - WEEKENDS (REF JPBWOAD21)

Role: Permanent Part-Time

Hours: Minimum 16 hr contract

Main purpose:

Responsible for administration and other general office duties. Working in a fast paced and busy office environment, this role will involve administration duties and customer service.

Job Summary:

This role will see the Office Administrator working in our main office on Saturdays and Sundays, with responsibility for Administrative Duties (bookings, event planning, invoicing etc), Customer Service and any other duties as requested by Management.

A pro-active approach is essential. Must be well organised.

Hours: Saturday: 9am-5:30pm & Sunday: 9am-5:30pm

Responsible to: Management.

Responsible for: Administration and any other necessary office duties.

Main tasks of the job: The following tasks will form the bulk of your work:

ADMINISTRATION

  • Manage bookings and events on our custom built booking system.
  • Reply to customer enquiries or complaints via email and over the phone.
  • Managing the online invoicing system.
  • Respond to TripAdvisor reviews
  • Liaise with Catering Team and provide up to date orders.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • To provide consistently high standards of customer service at all times when welcoming or communicating with customers.
  • Dealing with customer feedback.

Please note: This is not an exhaustive list and you will be expected to perform different tasks, to the best of your ability, as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and The Jungle’s overall business objectives.

Essential Criteria:

  • At least one years’ experience of administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Confident, friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Required to work weekends.

  • Strong attention to detail and confident verbal and written communication in English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – you will be working with a diverse team with whom you are required to establish effective working relations and pursue broader company objectives.
  • Must be flexible with the ability to calmly manage conflicting demands and deliver excellent results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident, friendly and outgoing personality with an enthusiastic approach to all tasks or problems.
