Christmas Wonderland is so much more than a Santa visit. It is a fully immersive festive experience from start to finish. From your first warm welcome by our cheerful elves to the final marshmallow toasted by the fire, every moment has been designed to make the season extra special.

You’ll enjoy a heartwarming stage show, a magical haycart ride through our vast site and enchanting woodland, and a personal visit with Santa Claus. There’s also storytelling with Mrs Claus, festive treats to enjoy, outdoor play that adds a bit of adventure to your day, and much more!

To help your day run smoothly, here’s exactly what you can expect during your visit to Christmas Wonderland:

1. Arrive at The Jungle Car Park

If you are travelling from the Moneymore direction, the car park will be on the right-hand side. If you are coming from the Desertmartin direction, it will be on the left-hand side. Signage and helpful staff will guide you in the right direction.

2. Check In at the Christmas Marquee

Once you arrive, our friendly elves will be ready to greet you at the marquee. They will help you get checked in and ready for your festive adventure.

3. Enjoy a Festive Drink and Snack

Warm up with a seasonal drink and a tasty treat. Children will also receive a personalised name tag, which helps Santa and the elves remember each child’s name.

4. Watch the Farmyard Stage Show

Make your way to the farmyard to enjoy a live performance filled with Christmas cheer. This family-friendly show, which runs every 30 minutes, is packed with music, fun, and laughter. Just make sure you don’t miss your Santa slot!

5. Head Toward the Jungle Express

After the show, follow the signs to the Jungle Express, where the next part of your adventure begins.

6. Ride the Jungle Express

Hop aboard our magical haycart and sing along to classic Christmas songs as you travel through the trees on your way to Santa’s grotto.

7. Arrive at Santa’s Grotto

Step off the Jungle Express and into a beautiful winter setting where the grotto awaits, complete with sparkling lights and holiday magic.

8. Write a Letter to Santa

Children can write down their Christmas wishes and post their letters before meeting Santa. It’s a lovely way to keep little hands busy and spark their imaginations.

9. Play Board Games

While waiting to meet Santa, families can enjoy a variety of board games that keep everyone entertained.

10. Visit Santa Claus

Each family will get personal time with Santa in his cosy grotto. Thanks to the name tags, Santa will know exactly who they are. Don’t forget to capture the moment with a free family photo to take home.

11. Enjoy the Christmas Vibe

After your Santa visit, the fun continues:

• Toast marshmallows in our cosy BBQ huts.
• Take part in outdoor adventure activities.
• Stop by the Lazy Llama café for warm drinks and festive food.
• Listen to enchanting stories from Mrs Claus beside the reception building.
• If you missed the earlier performance, you can catch the farmyard stage show again.
