Step into a world of twinkling lights, festive fun and Christmas magic as Christmas Wonderland returns to The Jungle.

Journey through our enchanted woodland aboard the Jungle Express, meet Santa and his merry elves, enjoy festive entertainment, toast marshmallows, take on adventure activities and create Christmas memories together as a family.

This isn’t just a visit to Santa, it’s a full festive day out, packed with Christmas experiences for little ones and grown-ups alike.

Important: Tickets must be pre-booked online. The time you select is for your visit to Santa’s Grotto, so be sure to arrive early!

HOW YOUR CHRISTMAS WONDERLAND VISIT WORKS

On arrival, you’ll be welcomed into the Christmas marquee by our friendly elves, who will offer a festive hot drink and a little treat. A quick walk to the main entrance and the journey begins.

Hop onto The Jungle Express and get transported through the magical forest, with the good company of Buddy The Elf. Buddy loves singing, telling stories and being a bit of a rascal!

Next stop is Santa’s Workshop, where our helpful elves will greet you with a smile on arrival.

Enjoy some old fashioned board games, watch some Christmassy movies and get ready to meet the big man….

Santa’s calling! Get your own private meet and greet with Santa Claus, see what gifts he’s brought and take a quick pose for your Christmas Wonderland photo, to take home.

Jump back on the fun filled Jungle Express and journey back through the forest to return to the rest of the Christmas Wonderland experience.

All around the main reception barn, lays all kinds of festive fun. Stop in with Mrs Claus for an intimate story time session, warm up with some tasty toasted marshmallows in the cosy marshmallow nooks and even create some mementos with a bit of festive arts and crafts.

Take part in some exciting adventure favourites such as Archery, Bungee Trampoline, Climbing Wall, Rodeo Reindeer or Paintball Target Range.

Roll up and gather round the Christmas Wonderland stage, to dance and sing your hearts out to some Christmas favourites, brought to life by our very own troop of performers.

Round off the day with a bite to eat in The Lazy Llama takeout restaurant, who serve up hot sandwiches, loaded fries, specials and ice creams.

The Little Llama cafe in the Big Barn will keep you refreshed with hot and cold drinks, snacks and delicious baked goods.

Look out for the other little extras, such as the Reindeer Food making station, the woodland animal pens, unique photo opportunities, dinky doughnuts and crepes truck, and Christmas craft stalls.

BEFORE YOU VISIT

Your Santa time

Your selected booking time is the time you are due to visit Santa’s Grotto.

We recommend arriving onsite at least 20 minutes before your allocated Santa time.

If you have a later Santa booking, you’re welcome to arrive earlier and enjoy the other Christmas Wonderland attractions before finishing your visit with Santa.

Please allow plenty of travel time. If you miss your allocated Santa slot, we cannot guarantee that another Santa visit will be available.

Parking & arrival

Please park in The Jungle’s main car park.

From the car park, use the bridge over the stream followed by the pedestrian subway underneath the main road to access the site.

Please do not cross the main road on foot.

Limited accessible parking is available onsite.

What should I wear?

Christmas Wonderland takes place across a mixture of indoor and outdoor areas.

Wrap up warm and wear suitable footwear. You’ll spend some time walking outdoors between attractions and the Jungle Express journey can be chilly on winter evenings.

Ticketing Policy

All Christmas Wonderland tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, we offer a Ticket Protection option, which entitles you to a full refund in case of a last-minute emergency or if you decide to cancel. This protection must be purchased at the time of ticket booking and covers cancellations made up to 2 hours before your scheduled event begins. It does not cover cancellations after the event has started. Terms & Conditions apply.

Onsite Procedures

If you have any complaints or suggestions whilst visiting, please make these known to Christmas Wonderland staff.
Staff can provide assistance with pushchairs/prams – just ask.
You will not have a personal guide during the Christmas Wonderland but there will be plenty of Elves floating about should you require assistance or advice.

Christmas Wonderland event is operated in its entirety by X26 Festive Events Ltd. While it is hosted on the same grounds, it has no affiliation with The Jungle Paintball Ltd.

Christmas Wonderland FAQ

Do I have to book or can I just turn up?

Booking is ESSENTIAL due to limited spaces. The Christmas Wonderland MUST be booked in advance.

Does the Christmas Wonderland take place outside?

For the most part, The Christmas Wonderland takes place indoors or in sheltered areas. Participants will however be required to take the Jungle Express to and from Santa's Workshop and there will be small parts to walk between buildings. The Stage Show also takes place outside in the main farmyard area.

What happens when we arrive?

Upon arrival visitors should make their way from the car park to the Christmas Marquee Tent to register their arrival with the Elves. Then it's a short walk over the bridge and via the underground tunnel into the farmyard. Upon arrival in Santa's Workshop, all visitors must register their arrival; they can then chill out or participate in the activities available in the waiting area. Visitors will be called in to see Santa, receive their gift and have their photo taken. After doing so visitors must then exit the workshop/grotto and can spend as long as they wish exploring the various offerings.

Is my booking time my arrival time?

No. Your selected booking time is your allocated time to visit Santa's Grotto. Please arrive onsite at least 20 minutes beforehand.

What time do I need to arrive onsite?

It is advised that you arrive at least 20 minutes before your allocated time slot. The time selected when booking and outlined on your confirmation email is when you should be going into see Santa, you can spend as much time as you wish, before or after, exploring the other attractions. However, if you are late for your allocated time slot there is no guarantee that you will get to see Santa.

Are there any extra costs?

Taster-Activities are by token only; each token is £4 or 6 for £20. Activities include: Archery Carousel Ride Climbing Wall Bungee Trampoline Inflatables Paintball Target Range Laser Target Rabnge Festive Crafts Face-Painting Rodeo Ride Reindeer Making Food Station Jungle Shop (selling Activity Gift Vouchers, Hats, T-Shirts, Sweets etc.) The Lazy Llama (Burgers, Hot-Dogs, Festive Specials, Fries, Drinks, Ice Creams etc.) The Little Llama Cafe (Hot drinks, Cold drinks, Confectionery, Baked Goods etc.) Dinky Donuts Van (Crepes, Dinky Donuts, Desserts etc.) Christmas Shop (Christmas decorations and gifts)

Is there car-parking onsite?

The car park is located, in a clearly marked area, directly opposite the main site. There is ample parking. Upon parking, please make your way to the Marquee tent to register your arrival with our friendly Elves, receive your name badges and hot drink and snack. Then follow the path over the bridge and via the underground tunnel into the farmyard.

What if we arrive late/miss my slot?

You MUST be onsite at least 20 minutes before your scheduled time to see Santa (this is the time on your confirmation email). While we will do our best to accommodate you, if you arrive late there is NO GUARANTEE that you will still be able to see Santa, receive your gift and have your photo taken with him. Please leave early and make sure to be on time.

What catering facilities will be available at The Christmas Wonderland?

The Lazy Llama (Burgers, Hot-Dogs, Festive Specials, Fries, Drinks, Ice Creams etc.) The Little Llama Cafe (Hot drinks, Cold drinks, Confectionery, Baked Goods etc.) Dinky Donuts Van (Crepes, Dinky Donuts, Desserts etc.)

Can we arrive earlier?

Yes. You're welcome to explore other parts of Christmas Wonderland before your Santa visit. This is particularly useful for families with later Santa slots. Please note, on most weekdays, the park doesn't open until 4:00pm, so it is not advised arriving any earlier that that.

Can I bring a camera/camcorder?

Certainly you can bring your camera and camcorder and further document your Christmas Wonderland. Please note: X26 Festive Events Ltd can accept no responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur to your belongings while onsite therefore anything of value that you bring onsite, you do so at your own risk.

What should I wear?

It will be December and Winter... It will be cold outside. It is advised that participants should wear suitable outdoor clothing and boots. Warm layers are recommended.

Can I bring a buggy/pram?

Yes, certainly you can bring your buggy/pram. In certain parts however, the terrain is a little uneven therefore we advise caution; there are buggy parking spots available in the Jungle Express station and Elves can provide any assistance necessary - just ask. We will also assist and carry your buggy/pram on the Jungle Express to the Forest.

How long does the Christmas Wonderland experience last?

You can expect to be here between 2-3 hours. The time on your confirmation email is your time for seeing Santa, so it's important that you ready to get the Jungle Express up to the grotto at least 20 minutes before your start time. The other elements of the experience can be done at your leisure (Mrs Claus' Storytime, Stage Show, Marshmallow Toasting, Adventure Activities etc.) If you have booked a later slot (6pm or after) you are welcome to come much earlier and do some of the other elements of the experience and finish with your Santa's Grotto element.

Christmas Wonderland is located in the heart of Northern Ireland’s beautiful countryside, at the foot of the rolling Sperrin Mountains, and easily accessible to all. Situated on the main A29, just 45 minutes from Belfast or Derry / Londonderry, Christmas Wonderland can be reached by car or bus. Ample car park facilities and catering is available to ensure a comfortable visit.
