Role: Part-Time – 24 hours per week (possibility of becoming full-time)
This is an assistant management role. You will report to the director and senior management and will help lead a team of Instructors.
We’re looking for someone who can manage all aspects of our Combat Games activities, which currently consist of Paintball and Laser Tag, with Airsoft being added in 2019. The role will involve overseeing, planning, developing and instructing our Combat Games, with a focused approach to safety and at all times.
Most of your time will be spent outdoors, instructing Combat Games sessions. The rest of your time will be spent training staff, planning new and exciting games or battle zones, cleaning and maintaining all combat games equipment and any other duties required by senior management.
Hours: Saturday and Sundays are a must… these are the busiest hours with groups normally booking in for weekend sessions. During the summer we have evening sessions, from 5pm, as well as having group bookings throughout the week, so you may be required to work additional hours when and if necessary.

Above national living wage. £8.50 per hour.
